Got to mention a member of staff at Westbury Centre called Karen Blaize (not sure if surname is spelled correctly). I was having a bit of a nightmare regarding my repeat prescription but Karen was brilliant. She got it sorted for me, and communicated with me, which some can’t be bothered to do in other services so, I would just like to say thanks very much for her help and the polite and friendly way she did it.

Fantastic staff saved my life numerous times can't fault them

I was short of one item from 3 on a repeat prescription, on Wednesday told to call back on Saturday arrived at chemist's at 12.30 could no get in because they had locked the doors becuse there was about 12 people in . No one was coming out to explain. Went back again on Monday to find they had still not got the item. Was told to go back to the doctors and get another prescription for another chemist. Luckily I was on holiday thar day and managed to get it sorted. Will not be going back to the Westbury chemist deadfull service.

I switched to this pharmacy a few years ago because of how poor Hollowoods chemist had become. Well I shall be switching back to Hollowood's, which has improved greatly. Westbury Park Lloyd's has got rid of all the original staff, or they've all left because of how bad this pharmacy has become. My prescriptions are always "off site" when I call to collect them and the wait to get just one item from the prescription has been getting worse month on month. Today was the last straw though as I had to wait nearly 50 minutes for 1 item!! Some people who were there before me were still waiting after I had left mind! Shocking service and no apology for the completely unreasonable wait from the pharmacist! Go elsewhere if you can!

Rude staff at the till sent me out for wearing a face covering instead of a face mask. A bit pedantic. However, the actual pharmacist was very kind and called me back in.

Absolutely awful pharmacy, prescription is never ready on time so there is always a wait when collecting even if they've had it for days, staff are always miserable and don't seem to want to be of any help

Lovely friendly lady served me the Pharmacist so helpful.... Thank you ..
