Disappointing Service. I booked an appointment 2 weeks earlier for a Flu jab. I went to the appointment to be told they had used up all their stock. I was sent 6 reminders about this appointment.

I got a far better service from Brittania around the corner

Boots in heathway, service was extremely slow. I waited 33mins to pay for Ali at medicine desk. Was told staff had gone on break and the other 4 staff were all stationed at Prescription, behaving like they were busy. Not good service

Meant to get a text to say the medication is ready to collect and never do receive a text to say medication is ready to collect.

The phone is never answered ever by these people who works in there.
Such an effortless environment.
Once your in there to collect the medication they keep you standing whilst taking their lifetime, dealing with a customer in front of you by having a casual chit chat, and other member of staff are just yawning and running around like a headless chicken, pretending your not even there.
Do these people even know what they are doing in there??
Service really needs improving specially in this time of health crises we need active people working in the health care industries.

Rude staff, never willing to help and speak to you like dirt. Everything seems an effort for these people. Trying to get your prescription is a joke they just run you around. Don't waste your time.

Never get a text to say prescription is ready to collect. Don't always check the electronic prescription to see if there is a prescription from go when asked over the telephone when calling to check to see if the prescription is ready to pick up.

This pharmacy has gotten worse since its been taken over by the new owners; Maplestead Pharmacy. Not only do they not answer the phone, when in there service is really slow. On this occasion they couldn't locate my son's prescription, not only that they said his not on their system even though I've collected medicine from them few times for him. Really need to get their act together, I only go there for convenience as it's 2 mins walk from my house, if it continues like this will need to go elsewhere.

Friendly and professional staff. Always ready to help. Very prompt with prescriptions and text/call when these are ready. Boots Lodge Avenue Dagenham - thank you for going out of your way, especially from the start of this awful pandemic. May God protect and keep you safe.
