They have lost my prescription. And 24 times I’ve tried to phone them today think they had taken the phone off the hook. Disgusting service. We’ll be using a different pharmacy from now on.
Eventually got hold of the pharmacy after 53 calls they found my prescription said they will get it delivered tomorrow They delivered it but it was an empty bottle phone them up they said they will send another lot I said no thanks how can I trust them they’ve made two mistakes with one item How do I know they’re not going to put the wrong tablets in the Bottle because they’re loose tablets and just a normal bottle. Do not trust this pharmacy at all It will be much safer to use one of the Other Chemist. Plus they are so rude. They know they are in the wrong but they don’t care. BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY AND YOU A DIFFERENT CHEMIST.

will never use this place again, pharmacist is a rude, aggressive, condecending individual. denied having my perscription then went on to say i didnt want him to dispense the drugs. he would not listen to what was been said and persisted in his rude manner.

Still haven't got my high pain killer, been without for 5 days and in agony, after trying to get through on phone partner goes there to be told because of covid and long ques plus two other factors they are only focusing on people who come in.. im housebound they then give him my prescription full of everything else but my pain killer! Still not answering phone.

Delivery not made don’t answer phone went to shop assistant refuse to speak tome and serial other people and kept shutting down

Been phoning for 2 days about a lost prescription even my surgery as tried don't answer the phone still waiting for copd meds, very unreliable

Staff are always extremely helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this pharmacy

I find them a lot better than our old pharmacy,
Does get very busy but if the item needed isn’t there they do order in for you.

I would definitely not recommend this pharmacy. They are unreliable. Do not always deliver and mix up the prescriptions.
