DP Pharmacy

Lovely local pharmacy, always polite and friendly and even catered for me this afternoon as they were closing up for the day (I didn't realise they close half day on a Thursday) with zero hesitation.

I've visited here on and off for the last 5 years and I've never had a problem with any of the staff.

I had good experience with their service. Boots take forever and have people standing in lines for hours. They told me they were out of stock after a long wait and were telling me all sorts of nonsense, however dp saw my prescription and immediately gave my medicines.

Exceptional service from DP pharmacy. In my dire circumstances they helped me with my prescription. Especially during this festive season they went above and beyond to help me. Thank you once again!!!

First time at this pharmacy and worst experience I have ever had. I regularly visit other chemists due to health reason.
A family member went to collect my prescription whilst I was in the car as I was looking after my daughter who was unwell as was I. He got told he needed to provide proof on the spot for my benefits. I've never been asked for it and was slightly annoyed that I had to leave my car with a screaming child. I walked in and showed my BANK DETAILS i have never had to do this but did it anyways as I simply needed my medication. I asked her the reason why I had to prove as I wouldn't be getting a fine because I am not a liar! The reasons were inadequate and we went back and forth which led her to tell me I walked in with attitude. That i was too LAZY to ger out of my car. When I replied back and asked her how dare she speak to me like that she simply told me to get out. Not once but a at least 3 times. There were others in the chemist and it was humiliating. Horrible woman deserved an earful from me after that.

The asian guy/manager or whatever he is needs sorting out!! My Wife told him that she takes iron liquid with vit c as advised by the hospital and has been doing so for a few months and she is doing great.
He simply replied vit c is vit c and iron is iron you cant take them together, so my wife tried explaining that the hospital doctors discharged her on advice of taking that together and it has helped her greatly!
Believe me my wife speaks very politely and quietly and never gets rude with anyone.
He responded in punjabi/URDU “oh bibi we are educated people, we have a degree, we have studied all of this, we know better than you etc etc. Like what the hell is that about. He’s lucky i wasnt there to educate HIM on something greatly benefical to himself.
However the young lady at the till very polite, great attitude, good communication skills and showed respect!! 5 star to her.

Worst kind of service. Don't get your medication from here. They forgot to order my mums blood pressure medication even though it was ordered over a week ago. The manager is extremely rude and said not to use this pharmacy anymore if we don't like it. Rude and incompetent! After many years of using them we will not use them again.

Worst pharmacy service. These guys just play with dates. I actually opted for them thinking we should support local pharmacy but the service is horrible.
Over a month waiting for a repeat prescription medicines, they kept assuring they are following up. Did another follow up call today and they said you didn't order one !!!

Shame on you guys - make people wonder around for basic service !
