Visited today approximately 12:35 to collect a prescription. After waiting in a long queue, was told it wasn't ready despite being sent the previous day. Lady behind the counter informed me it would be ready in about 15 minutes and if I arrived before 1 I could collect as they were closing for a lunch break from 1-2. Went away and came back at 12:55 to find the door locked, tried calling twice and the phone was off the hook.

At 9am, a notice on the door read, that because a pharmacist wasn't available, the store could not open. I didn't need a pharmacist to buy toiletries so why couldn't the store open? . . .

Never ever going again there was a good 10 people in the que not one person behind the counter to serve us horrible service

A very helpful pharmacy. Although sometimes a little slow, which I feel is due to being understaffed, the pharmacist they have are truly so helpful! No matter the query they help so much. They've helped after surgery, vaccines, hayfever, infections and when to see a doctor. They are very discreet and always help find what you need. No question is too big or too small. I just wish it was a bigger shop but in the same area! One can wish! Lovely staff, very helpful and if they can't help they will point you to someone who can! Thank you, especially during COVID-19!

The staff were really trying, but it's a shame they don't seem to get the support they need.
Lots of technical difficulties that slowed them down and not enough space to deal with everyone.

Very helpful. Pointed out a cheaper alternative to the medicine I was buying which saved me a lot of money.
