Recently been getting my mother's prescription from here. And they never have important medication ready. They forgot too order the rest of my mum's medication. And tried too pass the blame onto me and my mum. I never got a sorry from the pharmacist just too come back Friday. Really not happy.

There's an absolute lovely bunch of people working here and they always go above and beyond to help you out.

Been on the phone for over an hour to get through whats someone ordering a yearly supply of tablets or something

Friendly staff.But poor service.for prescriptions told there ready to collect.get there .3/4 staff on.to be told the have ordered the wrong format of the medication.when told on phone ready to pick up.happend more then once .I am a full time carer.i don't have time to keep chasing up medication or they say not got prescription from the doctors when call the Dr they say they sent the pharmacy it.dr blame pharmacy and the pharmacy blame the Dr surgery

Friendly staff and good when comes to ordering items

Charged my son for his epilepsy medication, what the hell is that about! As a pharmacy you know that people with epilepsy do not pay for their prescriptions! Disgusting practice.

such a good pharmacy and the pharmacist is so helpful and will do whatever he can to get you the medication you need when my baby needed steroids for croup the pharmacist called all round till he found the steroid and one of the pharmacy staff went and picked it up over half an hour drive away so amazing and the staff in store are so friendly and helpful if you are a regular customer they remember your name and face they have a lot of different items in stock and if you can not find anything they will order in for you no problem cannot reccomend this pharmancy enough would give 10 stars if i could
