Only popped in to pick up a prescription but found the staff polite.

This pharmacy is the friendliest and most helpful pharmacy in Horley. They Always deliver and nothing is too much trouble 😊

Easily the best and most friendly pharmacy I've ever been to. Nothing too much trouble - even if you make a mistake their regular pharmacist will sort it out for you. Always got a smile on her face - regardless!

Elaine is brilliant.She is so kind and helpful and always has a smile on her face.
She seems to cope so efficiently with all the problems happening around her ,and can multitask fantastically.

Worst pharmacy ever. I mean the ladies who work there seems to be lovely but the overall customer service is really bad. Went back and forth 4 times in 3 weeks for just one prescription and in the end, I was told to get it somewhere else. Day 1, it’s not in stock but it has been ordered, day 2, we have the wrong size so contact the GP and ask them to increase the size to 300mg. GP increase their recommended size then day 3, we don’t have it in stock but we can order for it and the story repeats itself.
I think someone needs to open up another pharmacy next to them . That will wake this pharmacy up

went to pick up my mums tablets last night only then to realise that one one lot of tablets are missing and another had belonged to a different person altogether, this was at the end of the day i rang up just before closing time to then go back and collect the right medication and to take the item that did not belong to my mum, and as my mum is on their delivery service, they did not delivery on the day they said they would deliver, so my mum had ran out of her medication and waited another two days, lovely ladies but they have taken on too much since the big Lloyds chemist closed and this is not he first time either,
