Delivery driver verbally abused my mentally and physically disabled friend whilst delivering prescriptions as she couldn't reach the door quickly enough for him as she has to use walking aids to move about and he didnt like being sent back later to deliver her critical medication and abused her on her own doorstep.

Looking into legal action as any company that tolerates that kind of behaviour in their staff have no business bring in partnership with medical and support services to the most vulnerable in our society.

The people here should have an award! They are always cheerful and pleased to help you as much as they can. All the chemists are very knowledgable and the other ladies really lovely. For me they have gone above and beyond what you normally expect of a chemist, it's a shame I have to visit them so often but it's not a chore. It's almost like a social drop in sometimes.
They stock a lot of essentials and some things not so, they used to have a make-up display, they have reinstated nail varnish & lipsticks though, as well as a huge array of moisturisers for pretty much every part of you!

Had a horrible experience, my pregnant girlfriend went to pick up a prescription. And she was made to feel like a terrible person and told she should be self isolating. I u understand the concern but no one was able to pick up this prescription for her. Myself included as I'm a key worker. They should of had a kinder word rather then making a a first time mum feel terrible

I was so impressed when we dropped in for some advice from the pharmacist today. The pharmacist was very helpful and kind. It is nice to know that the personal touch along with good advice is still out there!

Couldn’t have been more helpful when I needed an important prescription. They rang another branch to see if they could get the items and they are being delivered today.

My mum had another local pharmacy as her designated one who proved to be "OK" until CoVid. Having battled for 2 and a half hours in a queue in all weathers to get a prescription for her in March 2020 I could take no more, particularly when they reluctantly said they would deliver for £5 for each prescription.- I am an NHS employee and had to work lot of extra hours at the time so was really stuck.
I searched around and decided to try Kampsons in Goring Road. My goodness, what a HUGE difference it has been, they treat eveyone as individuals, don't charge for delivery, engage with patients and even made arangements to have someone ready at their door with a chair when I dropped my mum off and parked my car so she could have her vaccine.
Honestly you couldn't have better service. Well done and thank you to all the members of staff.
