My 5 star rating is based upon the service I received from a lady called Sarah on the checkout. She went out of her way to find a product for me when it was a big problem for other members of staff. Well done Sarah Boots seriously need more like you 👏

Fear nothing, visit this store and head straight to the pharmacy. They will immediately drain your energy, ruin your day and, possibly, destroy your life. These people are evil and they provide they worst service I have ever seen. They get angry with customers, make sarcastic comments and are extremely rude to vulnerable people. Maybe the store doesn't make much money from pharmacy and don't invest on it, but it's no excuse. TERRIBLE!

Do NOT use the pharmacy here. The staff are the most horrible people in town. Avoid like the plague. They are so arrogant and disrespectful. I was appalled by what I saw there, they simply hate their jobs and possibly can't find any other job given the lack of any sort of skills. I will never go back! Avoid!

Made a 40 mile journey just to go to this store which had stock.

Bought candles instore. Price not as advertised online. When I enquired and asked them to honour the price advertised the Supervisor did not even bother to come and speak with me, and was told unable to assist.

When I got home and emailed Boots Customer Care team they didn't want to know... it was a shop problem not an online problem.

I often go to this place and have a little squirt of some aftershave and then walking around to see if anyone notices the weft that I am wearing I got some interest walking past the old ladies at the bus stop one of them said to me how good smelt

The shop layout has not changed for years, which is fine, has the typical brands you'd see.
Pharmacy had to wait, initially told 20 minutes, went off and went back and then they couldn't find my prescription for a while, then had to wait a further 10 minutes. Not a great pharmacy experience on this occasion.

Well organised store and pharmacy that's never too crowded. Conveniently located in the town centre (with a short walk within Hale Leys shopping centre). The staff are always ready to help and courteous.
