Rowlands Pharmacy Gloucester

Ist class service. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and always have time to listen.Well worth a 5 star rating. Excellent.

I went to the pharmacy yesterday, waited 10 minutes. I am the only one in the queue and no one acknowledge me. 3 staff inside chatting away ,finally I walked away.i am going move pharmacy to elsewhere soon.
Very poor customer service. Pharmacy late to open most of the morning due to pharmacist delay in coming in.

It is a friendly atmosphere in there, however, purely aesthetic, It could do with a bit of colour and and life in the store itself.
They also have a parcel collection service

Delivery service beyond useless, sometimes they forget certain meds, sometimes they forget to deliver altogether. Online pharmacy services thankfully make me no longer need to deal with these useless people.

Always get a text when my meds are ready. Friendly and welcoming staff. never had any issues.

Just rang them to find out something and they didnt pick up but rudely ended the call without them saying a word .thanks

Good service but has a very limited range of products due to its very small size.
