Faruk was absolutely amazing, very patient and kind. Taking the PCR test with him was very easy. He made me feel comfortable, always asking me before he done anything, I was not rushed and I got my results very quick.
He helped me with the right information to register the test online and explain when I will get the results. Would highly recommend Faruk and the West London Pharmacy to anyone that needs to be tested.

Friendly service, prompt, very quick results (within 4 hours although we expected within 36 or so).
There's an out of hours contact in case of emergency - it happened to us (personal info had mistakes and had to be amended at short notice).
You can get a better price if you really search but I doubt that you'll get better service.

We used their Express PCR test facility and got the results back within a couple hours. Amazing friendly service from Farouk! Will definitely be using you guys again when needed!

The ladies behind the counter are very sweet. Had appointment with Ali for ear wax removal. I mentioned I suffer from Anxiety. The ear wax removal was very painful, he mentioned to me scary stuff like “last time when I did the ear wax removal I had to call an ambulance and sent the guy straight to the hospital when I did the ear wax removal”. WHY would you even mention this to a person with anxiety?
I can only advise everyone to use first the ear drops/olive oil and hope it works.
I got scarred for life as it was so painful and I lost all trust in Ali because he was constantly saying “it doesn’t hurt” when it obviously did.
He gave me a follow up appointment for free but I cancelled it.
Update in reply to the owner's reply: I used eardrops/olive oil for 2 weeks prior to my appointment. I mentioned it to Ali. recollections may vary ;-)

I visit west London pharmacy store .I meet pharmacist there. he is polite,co operative ,good customer facing skill .
Hope so I visit again
