Catto Chemists: Pharmacy in Manor Park, East London

I had to leave a five star review based on the absolutely fantastic customer service I have received in this pharmacy. I get my prescriptions here and always get brilliant service from everyone here. It gets busy sometimes but that's because everyone likes the place and service so much! I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Very bad experiance with a egotistic lady pharmacist, very bad customer service do not use this chemist at all cost. I went in to buy a cream non prescription medicine , buy chance I asked the lady is this cream suitable for children the receptionist needed to ask the lady pharmacist so i was waiting, 8 - 10 mins had gone by in that time I googled the product myself which told me it was suitable for children, I then asked the lady its fine im prepared to buy the cream, so i do not need to keep waiting but the pharmacist had a ego and told me she needs to check when I told her I have already checked , but she had a ego problem and just wanted to annoy me and make me wait in the end I walked out.
I believe this shop is a racist chemist there is a all bengali staff and they have issue with customer service. Please go elsewere if you want good polite service.

I have used Catto Chemist for more than 15 years and will not go anywhere else. They have excellent customer service and show care towards all their customers which I notice on every visit. They have friendly staff who are always willing to help. They are always very busy purely because of great customer care. I highly recommend this Chemist to all.

I would like to give Catto Chemist a 5 star due to their excellent customer service. The two individuals I know are Mohammed and Mahfuz. They both are extremely helpful. The pharmacist Mohammed always has time to listen and gives correct advise. He treats every individual in a polite and professional manner. I highly recommend this chemist to everyone. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed. Their counter staff members are also very friendly and helpful.

I have used this chemist for many years, for both of my parents and currently for my mum. The service is outstanding, there’s been moments where we have been asked how we are and how everyone is keeping. They go above and beyond with the services they provide.

Very professional with a touch of good sense of humour. I saw 2 other difficult customers ahead of me, but it was refreshing to see how composed and professionally the young gentlemen dealt even difficult customers. Keep up the good work and thank you for being humane.

Everyone in Catto Chemist is very kind and professional. I had my day 2, day 5 and day 8 pcr covid tests with them. They explained every little detail and helped me arrange my trip and appointments. They made sure I get my results as soon as possible every time and I totally recommend them. These guys rock!!! <3

Catto Chemist has been very helpful to me with their travel clinic service. I needed to call them late at night from a foreign airport to ask advice about quarantine and the requirements for the passenger locator form. They are prompt and polite and knowledgeable.
