Very slow service. Never have the prescription ready, no matter how long you leave it with them. Quite often lose the prescription and forget to order missing items. Always have at least a 45 minute wait. Terrible service!! Only use this pharmacy if it's your last resort.

Absolutely rubbish, handed in prescription at 15.10 hours with chemist completely empty. Was told there is a 20 minute wait, I asked why as there is no one else here waiting to be served. They replied we are completing the online prescriptions first, so I took my prescription back and said I will take my custom elsewhere, no problem they replied

Awful service. You'd think using a pharmacy next door to your GP would make things easier but far from it. Final straw was being fobbed off three times that the prescription wasn't ready with various excuses, last excuse being they hadn't got it back from the surgery. As stated surgery is next door, I went to the surgery and found they had had the prescription back on the Monday, this was now Thursday. Collected prescription and cancelled the service with them, if you need prescription for a serious condition AVOID this pharmacy.

I fully expect the review from Elk to be a genuine review from a staff member, as it pretty much sums up their disdain towards customers. It is a given that if you walk in someone will be stood there exasperated facing a litany of excuses and you probably end up joining them.

Good service, you always have to wait- but that’s the same with all pharmacies. As long as you leave with the right medication it’s all good. Some right rude and impatient customers every time I go there (not sure why they don’t just go somewhere else?? I think they just like moaning and talking down to the staff - parasites!!)

Good location, large parking space for 20 + cars.

I usually order my son's repeat prescription via the mobile app Healthera which ideally gets approved/declined (as the case maybe) within the next working day. If approved, on my way back from work in the evening I just stop off at this pharmacy and it's ready to be picked up. Good service overall.

However, do bear in mind this pharmacy is sandwiched alongside 2/3 GP surgeries so the queue sometimes is understandable.

If I give less then 1 star for this absolutely joke of a pharmacy I would! DO NOT USE THEM!! I have never dealt with more incompetent staff in my life I have so many problems there but today I have received the wrong persons prescription for very poorly my 1year old baby! They lied to me saying that they have only just received when the doctors confirmed it was sent to them this morning! And she had the audacity to call me rude for being angry that the antibiotics for my daughter were not ready. I will never be using them again and unless you won't to either not receive your prescription or wait 30 minutes+ whilst they stand around chatting I would suggest to anyone else to avoid them too!

This is the absolute WORST chemist in the world. If you are sick or vulnerable - DO NOT USE THEM! I have witnessed bad service that borders on discriminatory and racist behaviour from the senior staff in this business. They have no right to be allowed to service the public, let alone those that are poorly and need vital prescriptions. The staff are appalling and have caused me so much pain and upset that I honestly hope no one else has to suffer the treatment I have because of these disgusting, awful women.

Keep changing closing times, then send texts saying they won't hold it, people who work can't get there in time. They keep you waiting before speaking even if it's empty. Poor service, was good in the old days. I'm outside now 11am but closed yet 2wks ago closed at 1. Bring back 8-8 like before to help people at work
