A useful little chemist shop with plenty in stock. There is a larger chain chemist up the road who, it has recently been revealed, avoids paying tax in the UK. Don't go to the tax dodging chain store, come here instead and support a local business.

Rude and unprofessional. Charged me £300 more than another chemist for the same prescription and then said it was my fault for ordering it with them. Spoke to me loudly about my prescription in front of everyone else in the shop. While I was there they were incredibly rude to another women who asked for the emergency contraceptive and made sure everyone else in the shop knew what she was there for. It's a shame there aren't other pharmacies near by.

Always friendly and helpful. They may not carry the range of items Boots carry but will try to order for you. A nice old school high street chemists shop with a knowledgeable pharmacist.

Good staff and reliable, more limited stock of over the counter products than the larger pharmacies, but if in need of prescriptions or advice, they are quieter than most and therefore simpler and quicker to collect from or ask for help in most instances. Have been happy with the service.

Kind friendly service ! Always willing to help out and I can tell they are always working really hard but always with a smile. Not enough good pharmacy’s around any more. I really appreciate it Thankyou!

I occasionally go into the Gloucester Road branch (near junction with Zetland).

I don't know his name but I find that the chemist there (possibly East European) and I find his manner very warm and reassuring.

Good chemist for finding different brands of health products, and good if you prefer chemists that aren't main steam.

Very expensive. I prefer to support local retailers where I can but the item I bought was £2 more expensive than in the boots a few doors down. I can’t justify that extra spend
