Croydon Pharmacy

Prebooked a prescription which they would not answer their phone then collected at 17:35 and told I had to wait 20 mins as the pharmacist is on a break. I appreciate that staff need a break but at the end of the day when most finish work is simply poor.

Rang at 9.30pm to check stock before travelling, and was pressured with "I've been working since 7am, so I can't wait around". Got there by 9.45pm, was only given half of my prescription and it took 20 minutes despite being seen to immediately. 2 assistants were both rude to each other also squabbling over something.

One of the best pharmacy that's provides an outstanding service. The team walked an extra mile to help me get antibiotics on time to give it to poorly sick daughter which my registered pharmacy couldnt get it. Staffs are very kind and friendly.

Worst customer service ever. I’ve been waiting for almost 40 min to get the answer that they don’t have the medication I needed on the prescription ! Pharmacist really slow…piles of unopened boxes everywhere, manager, or or head pharmacist just sitting down by the computer, not helping even that there was a queue. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Never coming back again! Prefer to go the Mayday, where they served me in less than 10 min.

I do not recommend this pharmacy. They do not have common prescribed medication in stock and they very rarely answer the phone. I have called them 14 times so far today as I need my prescription sent elsewhere and they still have not answered.

Totally and utterly useless pharmacy, incompetent, very unhelpful, never answer their phone, prescriptions never ready on time and rarely is fully stocked. Really do avoid if you can

I found what I was prescribed to get for my daughter and I was quite happy with it even though I reached the pharmacy a few minutes before its closure timing on a Sunday. Thank you Croydon pharmacy for contributing to the cure of a minor and following the advertised schedule.

Very poor service, no customer service standards what so ever. Never known such a slow service.... staff need training. No wonder half the people waiting have asked for their prescription back to go elsewhere. Told 10
- 15 mins ....waited 45 mins .... and there was only 2 others in the chemist waiting .. No reason given when I asked what is taking so long.
Only given 1 star cause I can't do a minus
