Boots Pharmacy

I went to walk in the door was locked and within seconds a lady appeared with a note that she just slapped on the door literally in my face saying they are closed for 10 minutes, I find the staff extremely rude the medication is never ready extremely slow at preparing it so a long wait ! Even though a txt message was received saying it’s ready to collect ! This place has gone down hill. I have never known a boots like it other stores are great and professional this store needs looking into .

Please train your incompetent and heartless staff.
I was in my early pregnancy and while queuing to pay I felt really light headed and faint due to my low blood pressure - so I kindly asked for a glass of water ( saying how I felt and why). What did they reply to a pregnant lady feeling like she's about to faint? "Sorry we haven’t got water, you can cross the street and buy some". Very disappointing from a ‘pharmacy’- This is actually illegal in the UK. Happened around Nov.

It’s always something that goes wrong in this pharmacy!
Staff is very slow!
Sometimes they just close the shop for the whole day.
Prescriptions take ages !
The shelves never looked tidy.
They are short of products or they don’t have at all the medications you need.
The staff doesn’t pick up the phone. You have to call again and again
Today I couldn’t pick up my daughter prescription because their system failed and haven’t been fixed the whole day. When I wanted to buy a hydrocortisone cream, they don’t have it ,off course !

What a useless store. Rude, couldn’t care less staff with a terrible attitude. This is based upon the last 2 visits. No one at the Estée Lauder counter either. No stock which isn't the issue. Just awful service. Just don’t bother going.

Horrendous service! There are always problems and issues in this pharmacy! Staff is absolutely terrible!!!

Sadly, despite the staff being well-intended and sincere, the prescription service in this pharmacy is often poor and very slow. The store is always busy, often with a long queue, and clearly needs more staff to sort out their management of repeat prescription orders. Prescriptions are never ready for collection, despite being sent over one week prior, and they frequently have low stock levels necessitating return visits to collect the balance of the same order! With Omicron in wide circulation and many customers likely to be unwell or with underlying conditions, Boots needs to help this pharmacy sort out its prescription service.

They close for an hour everyday which keeps changing time.Today it said closed form 2-3. I got there before 2, there were people inside and they had already locked the doors. Staff just watched as i realised the door was locked, didn't even attempt to explain. I left work on purpose to pick up my prescription. This random closing is not reflected on any website and if it is to continue can they at least stick to the hour they've written on the door. Massive waste of my time.

Staff are rude and unhelpful. There’s never any stock and prescription service is dreadful. And they make up their own opening hours. Never been made to feel more guilty for using a paid service.
