Went to have my Vaccine. Very happy with the service at the pharmacy, the staff are all welcoming and kind individuals. The lady who did my vaccine was very professional and polite.

An exceptional service delivered by Anne who deals with my mother's medication in consultation with our GP when required. The family cannot thank enough for her deligence in dealing with my mum's changing prescriptions.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, as the lady at the front desk actually was verbally abusive as I was leaving the store thinking my family and I didnt hear her, when my friend was going to go back and question her she had run in the back and we left. Lady should be sacked.

A perfect example of why independent pharmacies are a cut above the big pharmacy chains. The team at Sai are great and it is refreshing to be known on a personal basis, they are so accommodating when it comes to prescription requests. I was recently offered a COVID booster jab which was administered professionally and without the waiting experienced at NHS clinics. Well done to everyone at Sai, highly recommended for all your pharmacy needs.

I am happy with the service this pharmacy provides. They always make sure i am served with the best service.i have taken my flu jab and covid vaccine from them i did not even feel a scratch it went perfectly.

I went to get my ears pierced at Sai pharmacy and there was a dog... The workers were touching it and playing. The lady who was playing with the dog pierced my ears and didn't even wash her hands or wear gloves. This is very unhygienic.

I went to sai pharmacy the other day and one of the workers brought their dog into the pharmacy. The dog was running around and barking and my daughter who is allergic and also has phobia of dogs had to leave the pharmacy or she would have fainted. This is very atrocious and unhygienic as people also get vaccinated there. A pharmacy is not a place where a dog should be.
