Ordered a prescription item,I was told it would arrive on a certain day.

That day I went in and asked for my order, I was told they didn't send the order the day before so it wouldn't be available.

.Went in yesterday and poor service .Started to serve another customer before finishing with my transaction.Very disappointing .Are they aware that people are aware of poor service.Why is the one at Gresty Road good and this one so variable in customer care.

Worst well pharmacy branch. I would have given zero star if possible. My medicines were ordered four days again and I went to pharmacy twice but meds are still not there. They did jot even bother to check in the system to check the prescription. I was informed to call before coming and no one picks the phone at the branch. Pathetic service - highly disappointed 😞

Every other store in crewe open on weekends, an essential pharmacy closed. Just go to boots and tesco as they actually help people out who work in the week

Very unorganised, rude when you phone in, they close early if they short staffed. Most times they don't even answer their phones

Didn't have dressing would expected for a chemist
