This is a proper little gem! What a great pharmacy! Yes, small and traditionally run, but NEVER disappoints!
I have been here several times after the big chains failed to have an item in stock or stopped doing "Minor Ailment Scheme"... This store is till going...
The owners are great, "we don't carry this" is NOT in their vocabulary, if they do not stock an item, they order it in for you, or offer alternative.
Every time, I go there, I ALWAYS come with what I needed.
Very friendly, efficient and professional.
Proper traditional pharmacy - for community not profit.
Thank you and never change. Best wishes,..

Avoid! For the 32 years I live I never encountered such an unhelpful staff from the pharmacy. I called in to ask for specific item - lady(not sure who was it) told me the pharmacy is busy and if I can call back later as the pharmacy staff would be able to help me better. Called again only to hear from the staff that they do have the products from the brand I'm looking for but will not assist me further as I need to come down there to find out about the stock and the prices as they have different options. Now the sinus rinse I was looking for does not have a dozens products but only a few and I really doubt they would have a full stock of every possible quantity as you can't order them even from the brand website. Being sick and 38 weeks pregnant having very limited options in medicines and during pandemic the last thing you want to do is to go to the distanced pharmacy only to find out their prices are even more expensive than the Boots one. Won't bother to ever go there.
Just to add it, I called 3 other pharmacies and every one of them informed me about their stock and prices if they had them available in a friendly and helpful manner.

AVOID. The main chemist was arrogant and rude. You can see from the first sight he's not willing to help you. I came in pain, at 17:30 - the door was still open. He didn't want to serve me, mocked me for asking something that's wrong, and implied for me to leave.

You would be surprised such cold-hearted people without any signs of empathy would be allowed to work in medical services.

We have used Dev’s Chemist for 10+years. They have always been very helpful and informative as well as polite and gracious. Everything you could want from a local dispensary. Thank you Dev and team

Had a serious medical emergency involving 111, but instead of let me talk with both themselves in pharmacy and the nurse on the 111 call, they just kept tapping their finger on a TINY 'no phones' sign that was hidden behind the desk? Id understand if this sign was anywhere else but it wasn't. They didn't even use their words. Then, when we found what I needed, they got mad at me for not having cash and that if I didn't, it would be double the price. I apologised loads and said I was sorry for all of this, and that I'd leave but they huffed and let me do it on card anyway.
It was the weirdest experience ever, and I cannot imagine that these people are real medical professionals. Literally go anywhere else.

I'm normally happy with this pharmacy but I just encountered a rude person on the phone. As soon as he answered the phone he put me on hold for 4 minutes and didn't even apologise for making me wait. And he made me wait as he decided to get involved in a conversation another worker was having with a customer as I could hear it all. I was enquiring about specific medication for my child and he said just bring in your prescription and I will check then if in stock and closed the phone on me straight away before giving me a chance to reply. I have a sick child I have no intention of dragging him around, hence why I phoned ahead not to waste my time so if not in stock I will ask another pharmacy. To make someone wait so long without apologising and not even be bothered to listen or give me a chance to talk I'm very disappointed. I don't care how busy they are I am also a customer.

Came here to take an ID photo and honestly I wish I never did. The man taking my photo was incredibly unprofessional and rude. He was so impatient and kept rushing me. The lighting was awful and the photo came out horrendous and there was no remorse. I don’t understand, if you’re going to offer a service do it properly?!? I am a paying customer and I want my money’s worth. Extremely unhappy.
