Incorrect prescriptions, rude staff and frequently lost items. Takes an hour to get through to them on the phone and atleast half an hour to get your prescriptions in store!

Last night i hit my head on the shutter as i was leaving it bloidy hurt no staff came to see if i was ok There were a group of young ladies/men who were concerned for me and asked if im ok.
Most disgusted with this pharmacy only been twice and thats too much. Collected jy prescription few days age 2 items and had word with pharmacist. The pharmacy is quite large but lacking selection of goods its dirty floor full of leaves. DONT THEY EVER SWEEP/HOOVER? Only last night i had a drs appointment and was prescribed some tablets,i called pharmacy to check email arrived,i then drovevto pharmacy asked for my prescriptions to bevtold not got one only have these which were duplicate prescription of few days ago thats not good practice. Also the staff are quite rude. I find them incompetent. I have asked not to send my prescriptions there EVER AGAIN. TERRIBLE PLACE
