Glevum Pharmacy - Alphega Pharmacy

Absolutely shocking, I just went in for a repeat prescription and asked to wait for it as I was in a lot of pain only to be told it will take 3 working days to be ready. If I had the same prescription from a Gp that day I could wait and pick it up within 15 minutes. Ridiculous.

Absolutely useless, never have medication ready even with a weeks lead time. Handed prescription in told didn’t have any, given an iou slip, went back a week later still no stock. Items always missing from prescription have now moved pharmacy.

Really helpful & accommodating maybe they haven’t got items in stock because there suppliers don’t have them in stock. It’s not like they make it out the back. Tesco had my insulin prescription for 14days because they couldn’t get it. Had to ring 111 & Lucky for me Glevum Pharmacy had a generic version of my insulin. Went to collect it & the doctor put cartridges down not pre-filled pens but pharmacy sorted it out.

Worst pharmacy in the uk! Get your prescriptions delieverd! You will wait years in this god awful place where the staff are just simply awful a circus is ran better!

Not as used to be, I have been with them since day one. Now they hardly answer the phone, keep you on hold the they put the phone down, which not acceptable. I only phoned when I needed help with delivery and not chats.

Not impressed with the time I have to wait for meds when I order them each moth , I have the same but I need a brand with out a colouring in as I'm allergic to it which it says on there system. So wye can't there orderbit in each month knowing its going to go out anyway, then I wouldn't have to wait so long and have to keep ringing to see if it's in .

So frustrating going here. Cannot find prescriptions in the a to z boxes and the wait is unreal. Went in yesterday waited 5 mins at the counter while the girl tapped away on the iPad before acknowledging I was even there! I went in to get an item that wasnt available the week before. Waited another 10 mins to be told they had not got it in stock but would be in the afternoon. They asked for my tel no to call when it came in. No phone call so went in next day and waited again at the counter for an age yet again to be served. Nobody was serving and at least 6 people were working behind! Eventually I was served and then told it wasnt ready and would have to wait for it to be prepared! I am in aweful pain waiting for this item by the way! I came back later. When I went in the day before there was no que. When I left there were 6 people waiting outside which speaks volumes for why there are usually massive queues here. Service zero points it's old school but certainly not gone out of fashion. Get a grip whoever is managing this place it's a disgrace.

After being turned away by 5 pharmacies, 4 through not having the medication and 1 who claimed they couldn’t read the prescription even though I had googled the name prior to find out that it was an anti inflammatory eye drops.

Glevum was my last hope, not only could the read the prescription but dispensed there and then with a little wait.

All were very kind and courteous, I really couldn’t fault them.
