Great staff, great service, great advice, and all with a smile,

Sound advice from friendly, sympathetic staff, I've also got useful pressies here and there is a post office right in the village. Can't fault anything.

I am posting under this name as borrowed a comp. I have lived in Dover for only 20 mths but I want to say how impressed I am with River Pharmacy. The chemist and her staff are excellent. They go over and above to help and on a number of occasions when I have needed their services I can 100% say in my 70 years I have never been better served. Thank you. Pam Danville

Lovely pharmacy, the staff are friendly and very welcoming.

Very unhelpful and rude - Always a reason why I am short changed on prescription amount.
Then deny knowledge of the outstanding medication owed. This happens every month. Has me liaising with doctor like some kind of technical co-ordinator I think they need some better management processes in place.

Registered pharmacist always late so customers have to stand about waiting as the staff cannot hand over the prescription until she is on the premises. And its most days.
