Been using this pharmacy for years. Excellent service and lovely staff. My prescription is always waiting for me.

Rate the new set up and manager after a period when chemis lost it's way, but so miss the blond lady who they say has retired. She new everyone by name and was brilliant.

Terrible hours with zero attempt to coordinate or accommodate local public transport. Because I had an appointment in the only hour that you can reasonably attend by local bus, I tried to show up early and get my prescription filled either side of their lunch break, but despite telling one of the staff in person the situation, he chose not only not to help, but walked out of the pharmacy at 1.55 and closed the door in my face, despite knowing my bus would come at 2.05 and despite there being a member of staff clearly working behind the counter.

I will be without medication this weekend because of the terrible hours and service.

Absolutely shocking service. Clearly overun and short of staff. Disgruntled customers were leaving without their prescriptions as they weren't ready. Boxes galore stacked behind the counter,so untidy. Queues are getting bigger with people waiting. The young lad behind the counter just could not seem to cope. Have moved my prescription to boots as the service has just got worse over thevoast few weeks.

This place has gone downhill massively. Slow service, short staffed, staff don't know what they are doing. Always long queues and people loosing their rag. A shamr as it used to be a good place to get prescriptions.
