I have tried to return wrong item with receipt, the person in charge decided to not refund me because not sure of selling the item to other customers. Very "Cheap"mentality and very poor way to run a business! The choice of nappies in the shop is minimal, and try to return nappies seems a big problem for the owners? What a shame losing customers in this way...was explained to me that in ten years of experience this was the first time that this happens to them, well ..I have only one words after this; DISGUSTING

My parents have been receiving their mediation regularly every month from moins chemist. I believe their service is exceptional, customer service is amazing and they will ensure their long term customers are always looked after. My elderly parents (Mr and Mrs Latif) have always praised this chemist for ensuring that they always get their medication on time. Everyone including the delivery guy is respectful and always there to help. If I could give more stars I would. From all of us including extended family, friends and neighbours we are happy to have you as our local pharmacy please don't stop the good work!! 😊
