APPALING CUSTOMER SERVICE - AMAZON CHEAPER and FASTER

I had to park on the yellow line outside as Reigate and Banstead Council got rid of 2 or 3 bays. I went into the shop found what I wanted on the shelf [CeraVe SA Smoothing Cleanser £13.65 / £13.95 approx.] ...OK so I waited and waited, another Lady in front of me had been waiting for 7/8 minutes, I waited for a further 5/6 minutes and gave up, all I wanted to do was pay.
They are useless know body looked at the Lady in front or me .... about 4 people working in there, NOTHING no eye contact, no I'll be with you in a minute, NO NOTHING !
I was going to change my Family's prescription to Days, I will stay with Morrisons.
BTW I bought the item off Amazon with free next day delivery for £8.91, quite a saving and far cheaper than I could have imagined !

The phone is always on hold all day some times very hard to get your tablets

Today I was running a cross country race and rolled my ankle. I hobbled off to the high street, to find pain relief, and entered Day Lewis at 12:58. I was told by a worker “sorry we are closed”. Fair enough, but I myself am a healthcare professional and as a professional this is pathetic patient care. I would suggest next time you say “we are just closing but is there anything urgent all to help with?”. I had a great time hobbling to Morrisons down the road to get some relief ..Look at your code of conduct next time…do not appreciate this kind of service as a patient or to see fellow colleague of my profession act like this at all.

I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff who have never been anything other than friendly and helpful. Yes, sometimes you have to wait a while but if that's the worst thing that happens to me in a day, it's been a good day!

The only thing that can be problem is parking there. (I don't drive) but I see the problems. Having said that ALL the staff are pleasant and very very helpful. I would not change for all the world. Oh yes,. The wholee of shelves are immaculate, you would think brand new. You need help, there is always Fran. A dynamo She like rest will help you with any medical questions.I trust Them implicitly.

I was in pain. I went to Day Lewis pharmacy to ask whether they have my prescription, I didn’t have mask, a lady in reception in front of other customers, started to blame me and she kept me waiting and explained that I should have mask .She said you should buy a mask for 75p otherwise we don’t serve you. I had to buy a mask. At the end they didn’t have my medication. Very unprofessional and nasty behavior and
