Shelvers Pharmacy & Travel Clinic (formerly Jubichem pharmacy)

I have noticed a change in Jubichem under the new management. There is a huge improvement on service. My prescription is now quickly organised and provided unlike previously! The shop is also better stocked and the staff are willing to order in for you if possible.
I had thought of changing my pharmacy before but I am now not going to!

Since Jubichem came under new management the service has been outstanding.
I now get notifications that repeat prescriptions are ready only a few hours from my telephone request, the shop is better stocked and prices are more competitive.

Delighted to tell you that since this pharmacy has been under new management the service has improved immeasurably ! Unfortunately I have needed to use the service more than normal and they have risen to every challenge I have presented ! Also get your flu jab there ! Quick, easy professional and efficient. Had my flu jab done here. So good. No sore arm or side effects. Definitely recommended. Also get my regular prescriptions and never had an issues

Online it doesn’t say they close from 1-2pm Monday-Friday so when they finally have your prescription ready you go, you have to wait until they re open. Had to wait 15 mins without even being acknowledged when there , was no one front of me and 3 staff all ignoring me and were all round the back talking. I stood waiting for a prescription for my child that was ready to collect and no reaction from staff for about 15/10 mins.

Some of the staff are unbelievably rude . Snappy, don’t answer questions, definitely not what you want from a local pharmacy. Didn’t even assist an elderly gentleman man struggling to sort his
Prescription as they want everything online

Staff are just incompetent, are supposed to be pharmacists and can’t even answer simple questions. Generally rude to customers and are ignorant. moving to another pharmacy, feel extremely sorry for people who don’t have a choice to go here.

No empathy for sick patients just rudeness to local loyal clients. Spoke to pharmacist at ASDA after their inadequate advice and received the info we needed. Won’t be visiting again.
