On the 11th December i placed a Click and Collect order and received an Email stating" It's on it way" so as i know they have internal deliveries i went to collect the next day, not there. Two days later i called and again was told nothing for you so i emailed customer service, still waiting for that reply! on the 16th i called the customer service number spoke to a very nice lady and she said she would reorder it and i would get an email when it arrived. Now to be perfectly honest i forgot about the order then only remembering on the 22nd so i called (not wanting to go into town unnecessarily as we are in tire 4) only to be told it had been there a week!! surprising really as it had only been reordered 5 days. Any way if you want to place an order don't be in a hurry.

Found this lloyds branch to be really helpful. The lady that served me today was very nice. 5 *s from me!

Loved this shop but now is lost another to the wall sad

Disgusting service!!! Avoid. They don’t even deserve 1 star. My elderly mum is retired and went in yesterday to buy a product for her knee. She was unsure whether she could afford to buy it but decided the pain in her knee was too bad so purchased it. When she got home she realised that it said it was unsuitable for sufferers of asthma which she has. They point blank refused under any circumstances to give her a refund even though it was sealed and has been purchased only an hour before. They sold her this product and never mentioned that it wasn’t suitable if you had asthma. They also knew she was struggling to afford it in the first place. To treat an elderly woman like this is disgusting - it could’ve easily been refunded. They even had the cheek to ask her to leave the product so they could resell it after refusing her refund. Absolute animals. Wouldn’t trust a shop that treats its customers this way.

Best customer service and always pleasant and welcoming

Booked a cholesterol test online. Drove 20 mins to the Leighton Buzzard branch to get to it despite low petrol only to be told, they had no record of the booking and no staff to do the test. The staff in the shop couldn't have been less helpful. Totally shambolic.

Went for my second Covid vaccine today, turned up to find the pharmacist isn’t in until next week! Contact people next time and teach your staff bloody manners!!!

Extremely helpful and polite. Sorted an emergency prescription promptly where other pharmacies couldn’t. Well stocked pharmacy.
