Went into vision today as doctor had sent prescription electronically at 12.56. After waiting for a while (with only 1 customer in front of me) the pharmacist didn't greet me or say sorry for the wait. When she went to check she said it hasn't arrived. She then went onto to moan about her computer having to be refreshed and that it was my problem and I should call my doctor. She then said they dont always come over electronically automatically I asked how long it too as it had been 3 hours. She then said take it up with your doctor Its not my problem.
I called the doctors the receptionist confirmed it was sent over just before 1pm and to call the chemist back so I did.
The same lady answered and was very rude went on and on about her computer having to be refreshed and that they didn't have it as I went to speak she hung up!!! This then resulted in the doctor having to do a new prescription me collect it and then go to a different chemist where the service was alot better. Then I called off my landline and the lady at vision answered when I asked was my daughterd prescription there she said yes!!!!
Will never use vision pharmacy again. Awful customer service, disgusting unhelpful attitude and they dont even deserve the business.
In fact the way I witnessed her speak to her Male member of staff was also awful to witness. Dont use this chemist there are far better ones locally.

I have used the Post Office here VERY regularly for several years now. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful but there is a new woman on the Post Office counter. She has served me twice now and each time has made me feel like a scolded child! You can't do this, you have to do that and not a smile or a kind tone. VERY officious! There's no need for this attitude. A smile goes a long way these days and you can tell us what we can and can't do without getting our backs up thank you! Bring back that other lovely lady who was always there!

The man has an exceptionally rude attitude. Totally understand it must be stressful at the moment, but absolutely no need for abrupt rudeness. It's not the first time we have experienced this, my daughter went in about a month ago and he was rude and abrupt to her too!!! On the other hand the lady can be helpful, as is the post office lady. The man should be spoken to about his customer service, or lack of it!!!

Very rude Male counter staff. In these awful times there is no need for an abrupt and rude manner towards customers. I attend often for my medication and he has made me want to change pharmacies. Would not recommend for people with depression and anxiety like me as he heightens this immensely.

Absolutely appalling. Travelled 3 hrs to visit for the weekend. Realising I needed my necessary medication I called 111 who agreed to send a referral prescription to the pharmacy. They refused to accept it and would not issue 2 tablets for the weekend. I understand protocols in place for dispensing medication (but with NHS 111 approval they should dispense) however the staff were rude, unhelpful, dismissive and actually had No clue whatsoever of NHS 111 procedures and did not even know the systems (Star system) that NHS said all pharmacists were trained in. The 111 handler said to tell the pharmacist to call them when I got there. He refused as he did not want to be on hold as they were due to shut in 40 minutes. The pharmacist dismissed me and sent me to A&E. I called -111 again and they apologised on behalf of the pharmacy for this wrong information. The whole ordeal was distressing and as a result had to drive 6 hrs (there and back) to collect 2 tablets. I would not even think of getting medication for my pets there as they are rude, unhelpful and have no knowledge of what they are doing. They should be shut down and licences stripped. I will definitely be taking this further.

The lovely lady helped my parents get the travel vaccinations that they needed. She was very patient and helpful and took the time to make sure my parents got everything they needed. My parents walked away very calm and happy.

Beware!
I'm sure the covid tests are some sort of money making scam, and today confirmed it.
We had to do one to travel on the tunnel. £60 it was and we had to upload a video of us doing it. Fair enough I thought. But the Internet was poor so the video didn't upload. When I went back in to ask for assistance in how to deal with that, she said I would have to pay £60 for another test. I refused and left. Turns out, I didnt need to, I had an email saying they could still send me the certificate, as long as I clicked a disclaimer saying I had done the test myself.
She would have taken that £60 if I had let her!!
