Online says open got there Friday afternoon and light on saying open but door locked no one there when knocked and stood outside for 10 minutes calling the phone 3 times and no one there despite everything saying it’s open..

Not open on Saturday plus I'm here now door locked lights on I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, absolutely appalling

New owners very friendly and efficient nothing like the past .

This is no longer Imagecraft and has changed hands in May 2021 to become 'Sunbury Pharmacy', so any reviews before that should be ignored. Service prior to the change was appalling but it is now excellent with the new owner/pharmacist being extremely helpful, going above and beyond and treating customers respectfully and courteously. I really hope he succeeds.

Appalling! 93 year old neighbours urgent heart prescription sent there and they are not open all day, when website states 'Open'. Do not use this chemist, it could cost you your life..
