Spectacularly disorganised and slow every time I go in. One of the three regular staff, in particular, is incredibly hostile- particularly to more vulnerable customers.

Rang us to say they found the part of my wife's prescription they forgot to include- when I went in they've lost it again. What a waste of time.

In the interests of fairness: the pharmacists are very good on actual medical advice and not nearly as rude as some assistants.

Absolutely awful staff. So very rude, they are too engaged with conversations with their friends to even make eye contact with their customers. The snippy words you do manage to get out of them are very aggressive.
Very unreliable also and they seem to close at random hours in the day.

Update I went in again this week and the staff are rude as ever. Snappy and rude was the lady with short white hair. I will be moving my pharmacist!

Constantly really really poor. Knowledge of the staff is really good, however it's nigh on impossible to get your prescription. Either it's not in, or it's a half hour or hour wait to get it. Some members of staff, there's a woman with short white hair who's infamous, have a really poor attitude and speak to customers, normally vulnerable customers, like dirt. Unfortunately they can get away with the below par service because there's no competition. If you need a pharmacy you're going Brig and the loads of elderly people who use this can't always do that

Hardly ever answer the phone. Horribly disorganised. Frequently lose prescriptions.

On my last visit they took over ten minutes to find my partner's prescription, and after a further ten minutes managed to find mine.

Yesterday, my partner visited them to pick up our next batch of prescriptions. They eventually found mine, but couldn't find hers, claiming that they had not received them from the GP. The GP practice has confirmed that they were sent, and even gave me an EPS number. I cannot visit them myself as am isolating with Covid, but I have now tried over a dozen times to phone them, to no avail. I think they must leave the phone off the hook.

I know they are busy, but I suspect that with some better organisation (such as actually knowing where each prescription is so someone doesn't have to spend twenty minutes looking for it) they might be less busy.
