Forward Pharmacy - Mile End/ Bow

This my favourite pharmacy down this long road!

The staff are always really nice and helpful for anything you need, you never feel embarrassed and usually find a what you're looking for or can get them to order it in.

It also does a good range of beauty and cleanliness products on sale a lot. Good hours, good stock, friendly staff. :)!

Without doubt simply the best pharmacists and senior staff. New shop assistants can be a bit testing but they improve greatly after a few weeks. Overall they provide excellent professional polite friendly services. Open every day too!

Went here to get some paracetamol, but he kept trying to sell me other things like face mask and hand sanitizer, which i wanted to return when i found out the prices are far above the normal price :£13. Most ridiculous thing is, they didn't accept the return as they didn't say this is non refundable when they tried to sell. They showed me a paper with non refundable but it was hidden on the other side of the counter, no facing the customers. How can customers go around the counter and see that. Avoid this place, they r dishonest.

Best pharmacy by far in E3. Been going to them for over 5 years. Very good with the pre flight PCR. Very switched on pharmacist who always gives relevant and good advice. Really good service. Great pricing on toiletries too. Thank you

I owe this pharmacy my appreciation. They have gone out of their way to help me get my medications as a priority. They have been friendly, polite and of course knowledgeable with what I need.

One of the oldest pharmacy in the area. Very helpful and supportive for the local community.
I used to collect my medication through them when i was around the Bow area back in the days.
Well organised and excellent customer service. To me pharmacist are 1st Dr in the community and the advice is really helpful and time consuming.

Avoid!!! Dishonest and no morals.
I was sold a hand sanitizer for £13 didn't realise untill I went home and looked at the receipt. Took the item straight back within 10 minutes and spoke with the manager Deepak. I was told these are highgine product and are excluded from thier returns policy. He then lies in my face and said he advised me at the counter these product is non refundable, if he did why would I go back to the store? There was no signs facing the customers stating that either. However there was a sign on the other side which is no good. Really disappointed with the customer service recieved! Never going back there again.
