Tower Pharmacy

Decent pharmacy. As you'd expect, different people have worked there and thus you get both positive and negative experiences. It would be nice if it were a bit bigger, but London is London! And speed of meeting prescription orders is variable. You might wait 30secs or a fair few minutes.

Very small shop and very busy. Staff helpful. It has a very limited rang of goods but will order products if they don't have stock. They do NHS prescriptions

Due to moving surgeries, I wasn't able to get my asthma inhaler prescription. I had an asthma attack, and my inhaler had run out.

I went to the pharmacy, explained what was happening to the assistant and pharmacist (who were both lovely) and they were able to get me a new inhaler on the spot. An absolute delight.

Covid test costs £5. Same test at Boots is £2. I get a small mark-up for a local pharmacy but charging 250% the price is absurd. This pharmacy also marked up the price of paracetamol during the pandemic. Sad that profit and money matter so much to this establishment. Does not operate with a primary motivation of caring for the community.

If they were just a little bit slower they would start going backwards in time. A shame the state of this business considering we live in 2022. Takes 10 minutes to retrieve a prescription because they only use paper. Ever heard of using an inventory on a computer?

They have a very relaxed attitude to the opening of the store (late) and staff showing up late for scheduled vaccination appointments.

Quick service, didn’t have to wait around. Could change the shop layout and place a bigger range of items in the store instead of asking around for confidentiality purposes.

Always friendly service, today I tried their home delivery, great stuff.
