The head pharmacist was incredibly rude and condescending. People with a supiriorty complex like him should not be allowed to work in a place that deals with people with a variety of illnesses. He plain refused to help with getting a emergency medication and then actually got angry when I went above his head. The young lady who worked along side him was being helpful until she was completely overshadowed by his tyranny.

Went to pick up my prescription at 7.20pm hoping this time theyll have my prescription tablets in stock for a change and was informed the pharmacist was on a break and would be back at 7.35. Fair enough so I hung about. 7.35 arrives and so does pharmacist. Takes my prescription and tells me they only have 2 tablets in stock, don't know when anymore will arrive, £8.60 please. Erm, no. I'm not paying £8 60 for 2 tablets and not know when the rest will be available. I told her I would go to asda instead. Off I go to asda and the pharmacist tells me that Sainsbury's have not released my prescription but they'll just ring the pharmaci st there and ask her to do so. They do this to be told the pharmacist is unavailable as she's on a break!!. Unbelievable, she only came back from a break at 7.35. It's now not even 8pm!!. Had to drive back to Sainsbury's to get my prescription released then drive back to asda to actually receive it. Will never use the pharmacy at Sainsbury's bamber bridge again. Never have anything in stock and phsrmaci st on a constant coffee break. Had my prescriptions sent here straight from Drs but had it changed. Use asda pharmacy, much more efficient.

I have prescriptions sent electronically to Lloyd's in Sainsbury, one would imagine this would speed up the process and it would be a simple case of picking up the medication, two minute job.... Sadly that's not the case here, after wandering about aimlessly for a couple of minutes, a pharmacy assistant came back to say they would have to make up the prescription and it would take 'a few minutes'. The next customer was told his wait would be 20 minutes! My wait so far ??? 15 minutes and counting.

Have used this pharmacy and generally had a decent experience. On a couple of occasions though I have had to attract the attention of the pharmacy assistant as they tend to hide around the corner not even watching out for customers. On one occasion, I was watching aghast as the assistant was actually taking selfies on her phone!! It wasn’t until she spotted me in the background of her photo that she realised a customer was there and she came over. She was obviously rather embarrassed, but I said nothing. She did, however, tell me that the pharmacist was on a break (someone else has pointed out that they are always on breaks…hmmmm, seems to be the case when I go there too), and I did wonder if taking selfies was something she did when the pharmacist wasn’t on his break. Despite this, she was pleasant and I managed to pick up my prescription no problem. I go here as it’s convenient to pop the prescription in, do shopping and then pick the prescription up. I must point out that I visit generally of an evening, when it is no doubt quieter. It wouldn’t be my first choice though as I think you can get much better service elsewhere. I think they would benefit greatly from having a bell to ring!!

Attendants often hiding pretending not to be aware of customers. Extremely rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. A few staff are ok but I've had enough of the one's that aren't. Will change to another pharmacy.

The staff at this branch have been extremely helpful, supportive, knowledgeable and friendly. Since I changed my nominated pharmacy to them I have never had any problem that the staff couldn’t sort out for me. They’ve took the time to remember my name and make me feel better although my health is not the best now. Thank you for your everything!

Pharmacist was knowledgeable and sympathetic, and she helped me out when my son had a 41c fever and we were let down by a poor local GP surgery.

Went there afyer been referred from 111.
Ooening times on sunday is 10.30
Came there was 10.27 and pharmacist said i need to wait. So i went to get few bits, came back at 10.32 and already people been queuing. I explained on my turn that they should have refferal on the system from 111.for 35 minutes she couldnt find my sons info,so she started to ask questions, after each question the woman walked off and came back yet to ask another question.still shr couldnt find him on their system???at this point i was stressed out,my autistic son screaming.not coping well with laud atmosphere in the shop.my partner rang me that he is not coping well with screaming newborn at home.at this point i felt like swearing at the lady, she started attending another customer, who was stressed aswell.just needing some migrane medicine.a man next to him waiting too for no particular reason got stressed.now she came back to saying that i have 2 choices to get eye oitment i need for my son on prescription or pay for it,if on prescription i need to wait firther 20 mins,so i went to pay for it and she started to tell me how to use it even though i explained i know, then she goes on and on and on,if i would have correct cash on me i would just chuck it at her and ran.i was in the pharmacy for over an hour! Nobody should wait that long in Pharmacy....fing joke
