Medichem Pharmacy

The service here was really good. Staff were friendly and accomodating. I managed to get a vaccination that I urgently needed for umrah without an appointment as they provide any time drop in slots. Cheapest I found in all of East London (£35) plus the pharmacist that gave me the vaccination was super friendly, proffessional and I got vaccinated in no time pain free and no tears from my 2 nephews under the age of 10! Will definitely reccomend to family and friends. Thank you!

I use this pharmacy regularly and I want to thank them for their friendly and caring attitude. I have repeat prescriptions which are always on time and the pharmacy team always tell me in good time when my reviews are due. The pharmacist discusses any issues I have with any particular meds and gives the most helpful advice.

This is my local chemist and I use it regularly. They have a great selection of products to purchase (toiletries, first aid stuff, vitamins etc etc) as well as providing advice and dispensing prescriptions. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The main pharmacist is always willing to help and forever energetic even at the end of the day she never looses her smile. Keep it up I highly recommend this pharmacy/Chemist.

I didn’t have such a bad experience as other costumers but I definitely can see how lazy and unfriendly the staff are. If I hadn’t asked them to get my medicines, I probably never would been attended. On top of that, they don’t like credit cards and there’s minimum of 5 pounds to use them.

Went to get my medication from here. Staff were really friendly, and talkative. The wait for my meds was very short despite the pharmacy being busy.
I am seeing all these reviews about the staff being rude and slow but I cannot express enough, that none of the staff are like this, not from my experience anyway. Perhaps, these people are mistaking Medichem for another shop??

I went to collect my prescription for the first time from medichem pharmacy and noticed that they had bent my tablets packets and stored In a dodgy shrunk cheap shopping bag which didn't look good in terms of health and safety issue.
When i told them you guys should have not bent tablets because it can break the seal plus i didn't like dodgy shrunk shopping bag and the medicine should have been in a nice professional packaging like everywhere else.
They started making faces and didn't even say sorry.
I really needed the medicine so purchased but i won't go there back.
I don't recommend.

Very lazy people, rude, for no reason they will tell you that your prescription not on our records tells you to go to your gp and talk to them as soon as you talk to them or make they call the pharmacy then then they will say they have it. Extra hassle with them. Will never come back here changed to a new one
