Boots Pharmacy

I went to the store today, there was only one staff who was helping customer and giving her advise which took more than 10 minutes and there wasn't anybody to help the customers. Long queue where people were standing in close proximity and I asked the guy who was inside counter to help but he said the only staff will serve who still engaged with the old lady. The guy could have finish his work after finishing the queue but he chose not to. They need to have specific staff to serve customers who doesn't need any advise/hell with product info.

A wonderful community pharmacy that I visit regularly. Staff are amazing and always prepared to go the extra mile to look after their customers. Hugely grateful to the friendly and helpful team who stayed open an extra 5 minutes after closing this evening to get me the emergency prescription I needed. Highly recommend.

Lovely male pharmacist who took my blood pressure, very friendly staff and quick service! Would recommend!

Staff are very friendly and helpful, but you often have to wait a long time for over the counter products if staff are busy with prescription requests. Apologies to the lady working the counter on Monday lunchtime who I unfairly took my frustrations out on after another customer had the audacity to jump in front of me in the queue I had been waiting in for 20 minutes! (I was grumpy and full of cold/flu virus)

Rude Lady.

I often visit this branch for click and collect and always leave the packaging in store as I am usually on the go.

The lady serving me refused to dispose of it despite having a recycling option and asked me to dispose of it outside. I refused as I have always left the packaging in store .

She called me rude and said I should have the items delivered to my home….There is a reason I chose click and collect…

What is the purpose of sustainable packaging if you are asked to dispose of it in a generic bin outside?

P.S It was a tiny box.

A one stop pharmacy. Staffs are nice and helpful

Very small branch. No wheelchair access or baby buggy big step at the entrance and no help at all from the staff. There are always big queues to pay or get a prescription.

Even though its only a tiny Boots store, the staff are nice and helpful. At times there are long queues, especially during the pandemic, but I am glad to have the store in my High Street.
