Rowlands Pharmacy West Paddock

Second time the wrong medication has been delivered to my elderly mother, thankfully this was spotted by her before she took them, when we phoned the pharmacy they just tried to brush off the complaint. Not using this service again.

I got my dad to pick up my emergency prescription of blood pressure pills and the nasty coloured guy behind the counter to my dad that I had to wait for 2 days without pills so phoned up spoke to a nice helpful lady that said come back after 4 so he did and still got the same nasty attitude from this colour guy so ended up leaving me with no pill and I have high blood pressure

Always pleasant and efficient, been using them for ages and never had an issue

The staff and pharmacist Mohamed are a credit to Rowlands. They are always friendly and helpful and Mohamed is always available to advise about minor injuries and ailments. At least I don't have to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment with him!. Wouldn't go anywhere else now

Personally I have found all the staff to be very helpful. One of the pharmacists noticed that on a regular basis I was collecting several prescriptions, which was adding up cost wise. He informed me about the annual subscription scheme which costs £110 per year, which has saved me quite a lot of money per year.

Hit and miss.Didn't expect you to be that rude today. If you cant find me on the system maybe you should check my details with me again before belittling me?
