Absolutely disgusting to have been told it was a miracle as I can walk a short distance but use a scooter to do my big shop. I do not expect to be laughed at not just by the receptionist but also the pharmacist simply for my disability. For a company that sells mobility scooters to have absolutely no respect or understanding of invisible disabilities or chronic pain is abhorrent. Due to this you've now lost three customers who require regular prescriptions. There is so much choice of pharmacists in this area you can't afford to be so disrespectful.

Good service , I have my repeat prescription ordered by Lloyds , I used to be with another well-known chain of chemists , very poor service, so I switched to Lloyds, v good service .

I was given the wrong advice on medicines and then when I asked to swap it they weren't able to. They should not be giving out advice if they are not sure.

I always have a good experience here when I arrive in desperation for diabetes medication having had Lloyds Sydenham give me the absolute run around. Always a relief to come out with the stuff I need, served promptly and by pleasant staff. Thanks

Always a great service, very helpful staff, medicine is pretty much ready same day, no 24 hours waiting nonsense.

I will give this lloyds pharmacy only a 3 star at the moment they ci=ould do a little better where service is concerned. they dont seem to understand at all where names are concerned whever you speek to them on phone or in person and they don't always pick the phone up either. To add this all up it makes service rather slow as well. This is the only complaint that I have got about the service other than that it's ok it's not the worst service I have received but there's room for improvement.

- Don't bother picking up phone (They unplug it during the day)
- Don't follow patient's request
