St Albans Pharmacy

Good local pharmacy. Tend to have the majority of things but for the more specialised, you may need to ask the staff who are always helpful. If not a quick trip into town is required.

I personally can’t fault the service from the pharmacy staff. Always respectful and professional.

Always brilliant service for me!

This is the very best pharmacy ever! I am on regular medication, as is my husband and my father in law. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Donna who manages “the front of house” is always jolly and kind and when needed we talk to Manesh the pharmacist who is just lovely.
If I could give them 6 ⭐️’s I would.

Honestly this is the most helpful pharmacy staffed by some of the nicest people in the world. I’m so grateful to them in these challenging times.

I have been supporting this local pharmacy during the Covid pandemic
. I have been buying makeup, toiletries etc from there despite the grumpy lady who works there. I have been shouted at and bullied by her the last time I wanted to buy something after she made a mistake on my bill. This is really poor customer service. You don’t get to shout at patients even if you have been doing that job years. This is a pharmacy so dealing with sick people who may get worse if they are disrespected by grumpy unpleasant staff. Now found another pharmacy and never again this one. I have also redirected all my prescriptions elsewhere.

Majority of the staff are pleasant here, but had very rude response from a Gentleman called Mitesh, who wasn't very discreet regarding my requirement. I'll insist on dealing with the female members of staff in the future.
