Well London Colney - High Street

Atrocious behaviour from the woman that “helped” my family member. Had to call them FOUR times to get my prescription that I needed to start urgently due to an infection, tried giving me someone else’s prescription despite me saying several times what it was I wanted and what my name was, and then my mother in law got shouted at and spoken to incredibly rudely when she went in to pick it up after being sent away by their own mistake. We have been nothing but polite and understanding, my mother in law being a retired nurse we have nothing but respect and patience for NHS workers but we are NEVER coming back to this pharmacy again. I was hung up on by another man before this for no reason, he just decided I was done talking I guess and hung up on me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a massive problem with the pharmacists here, and quite frankly we will not set foot on the premise again. APPALLING behaviour from the grown adults that work here and disgusted that we didn’t even receive an apology. If I could give it a negative number of stars I would have.

Was on phone to pharmacist regarding my prescription order( which I tried to collect twice and was told both times dr hadn’t sent it through, which in fact dr had sent it to them 6 days ago) as I was in the middle of talking he just passed the phone to someone else to deal with me who asked how she could help, when I started talking she interrupted me . The service is really going down hill and I’ve been using this chemist for 35 years. Very disappointed

Worst pharmacy I have experienced. As other people mentioned, there is a male staff that hangs up on you even before you finish talking. Also we booked private flu vaccine and paid online, the first time we went there, we were told the pharmacist that can do private vaccine was on holiday so we booked another one in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later when we went again, we were told they don't do private vaccines. We did even call beforehand to check, that's when the phone hang up drama happenend. Why do you even bother advertize you do private vaccine when you actually don't? Just why?? And taking money?? Absolutely aweful pharmacy. Don't trust them when they can't even handle appoinments correctly.

Sunk to new lows today. My mum was completely lied to today snd told her pain killers for a knee replacement would be in on Monday. He literally could not be arsed to look. Sorry what is your job mate?? Oh your job is to serve in a village pharmacy. Just feeling like a day off I guess. Funny because when I talked to the useless assistant yesterday I was shown that the meds were in on her screen but because ‘they were here somewhere’ and she couldn’t be bothered to look for them, I was told to come back Saturday… but now apparently they are not there now. I called them straight after my mum snd he found the drugs. It’s a miracle!!
Are these clowns giving incorrect prescriptions to the wrong patients. Seriously not good. Where is Reena!! We need her back ASAP!
No pain meds after a knee replacement. Can we just process this please. The inhumanity is unbelievable. Who can I report this to? Ombudsman? I am sorry for anyone who relies on this service!

This pharmacy should never existed. Total liar! The man answered the phone doesn't care whatever you are saying and hangs up. You might well just have a robot answering the phone. Or remove the phone number totally. Why bother?

Had my flu jab today .
Couldn't have it when I went for a previously booked an appointment as I had a chest infection .The pharmacist had kindly said just to go back once my symptoms had gone , without the need to re book another appointment and he would administer the vacine.
Very efficient , can't fault them .
I know sometimes administration goes wring with online bookings being cancelled but it's beyond their control and not their fault. Kind and caring staff , I'm so
greatful for them being there .

After 13 years of fighting for my severely disabled daughter there isn't a lot that can shock and phase me.... But the male pharmacist and an extremely rude woman who calls herself the "middle man" have left me flabbergasted.
I don't understand who employed either of them. They are the most incompetent and unprofessional people I have come across in a long time. It's very interesting that they have posters everywhere asking us "to please respect them" when they most definitely don't give you the same back.
I can get over being treated in an appalling way (whilst being pregnant!!!) but I can't get over how they are playing games with a severely disabled child.... Quite frankly I think the 2 people I have already mentioned are a danger and I know I'm not the only one to say this. Disgusting behaviour. I honestly don't know how they sleep at night. Definitely not even worth the 1 star.
I will be transferring to a different pharmacy for my daughter's safety.

Always a nightmare to get my repeat prescription as I started to be served by an extremely rude lady behind the counter, always talking down to me, treating me like I've done something terrible to her and all I said was 'hello, how are you?'. And wow, the dirty looks she gives people.... so full of hate towards everyone.
Everytime I have to pick up my prescription I suddenly feel my asthma improving, that's how much I hate being in there! I've had enough though, will never use this pharmacy again.
