Says it’s open until 10pm. Urgent care sent a prescription for 6 year old here at 8pm, arrived and it was all closed up and no answer to the door bell
Or on the phone! Daughter went without antibiotics that she desperately needed.

The chemist was closed at 4pm even though it said 10 30pm online. There was no notice on the door. Its not the first time either. It used to be a very reliable chemist but I don't know what's happening. My dad gets his prescription delivered with no problem at all for a few years. They were very reliable. For the past 2 months they've not delivered and it's had to be chased up. The shop needs a good clean ad well.

What a great place! Always so helpful! Faraz is such an amazing pharmacist, and always there to support me with any queries I might have with my medication.

I ordered my delivery Friday,now Thursday and I ran out days ago and after many ignored calls and promises of it will be there tomorrow, I am truly horrified at this chemist lack of care and zero customer service because they don't pick up the phone. 27 times I have tried to call today and nothing. My son has to come now to go get my medication. I can't state enough how upsetting this has been and considering I need my medication. I will be putting a formal complaint forward.

Booked a Covid Vaccine 2 weeks in advance. Turned up this morning having taken the day off work to be told they had no vaccines???? A simple phone call perhaps? Now I cant book another appontment for today as the booking system can't handle it .......total waste of my time
