Jhoots Pharmacy Taunton

This pharmacy has become the worst place over the years for disorganisation and lack of stock as the shelves are always half empty and the never have all of my medication so this will be the last time that I use this place for my prescriptions.

UPDATE: Dreadful, Rude, Unprofessional, DONT USE THIS PHARMACY, even the adjacent DR's surgery will not even recommend

Since lockdown I've swapped over to jhoots. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. They've always had our medication on time. I won't use any other pharmacy for our prescription again

Been using this pharmacy for years, it had down/bad time before jhoots took over, now I don't have any complaints, my medication is always ready when expected, staff is always nice.

I find the staff are very friendly and helpful my prescriptions are dealt with promptly and are delivered to my address. Thank you Jhoots Chemist Taunton !

Don't make up urgent prescriptions on the day, happy to leave me 3 days with out anxiety meds and I have just been on the NHS app to change my chemist. I have noticed in the past if you speak Polish they will make your prescription up on the spot.

Total Rubbish been trying to pick meds up for over 2 weeks had to ask someone to pick up for me as work only to find out only open between 2 and 4 and not open Friday

Always friendly and helpful staff , medication always ready on time . Would highly recommend.
