Truly disgraceful counter assistant... 6 years we have been using this wonderful pharmacy but today have been treated terribly by an uncaring and unbelievably rude pharmacist... she refused to give her name so can only give a description of her: 5 ft 2 inches tall; 50 years plus and of Asian descent. Pharmacist only interested in money not patient care, rude and disrespectful

Simple, honest and trustworthy. Staff are extremely caring and helpful and made changing pharmacies so much easier.

Infuriating that I have to take time off work to pick up my prescriptions. Services in the 21st century need to extend beyond 9-5 Mon-Fri periods when most of the country is working. Perhaps this surgery only caters for the unemployed?

The medical centre has gone downhill since Covid and hasn't recovered. I've never seen my doctor, even once. Only spoken to him once, I think. Could have been anyone.

I find the reception staff to often be coarse and unapproachable. The only good thing about this place, is the nurses are second to none. I would rather have a nurse look after my wellbeing than my doctor. They have at least seen me in person.

I have been a customer of Hillview Pharmacy since day one. Kiran is the consummate professional who is approachable with all aspects of medicine queries. His team are always polite and I'm more than happy to provide this recommendation.

Have been looked after by Kiran and Meena for over 10 years cannot fault their professionalism and friendliness.
