Boots Pharmacy

Considering there are always at least four people working there (which is two more than where I used to live) they always seem to take forever to answer queries or do prescriptions. Last time I didn't have time to wait for my prescription, so said I would return a few hours later. Returned a few hours later and STILL had to wait 20mins for my prescription. It doesn't seem to change whether they have two customers in the store or ten.

Very kind, informative and friendly staff. I have been going to this pharmacy for a few years now and they readily give useful and concise advice and information. My repeat prescription is always on time and they were quick to order in a new item added to my prescription. I recommend their service.

Called for Mother's prescription 2/6/18 day after told it would be available only to be told no prescription from GP! This is over 6 months with a different problem EVERY TIME. We shall be using another chemist. This the most inconvenient "convenient" chemist we've come across.

15 mins in a queue, yesterday no one got served. I think I was the 3rd to walk away. slowest served I have ever experienced in a shop. also is this the only shop in the county that shuts for an hour at lunchtime.

Good pharmacy, staff are lovely and always have our prescriptions ready and message when they are. When I was very poorly and in a mobility scooter they went above and beyond to allow me access and seemed to genuinely care when asking me how I was doing etc.

Only two slight issues is the waiting times as service can be slow at times and have been in quite a few times for non prescription items and they don't have them in stock but it is a small pharmacy.

This is a great little Boots. I use this store to collect prescriptions and the staff are brilliant. They've always been SO helpful, especially when there's been a mix up on my doctors end, they go to great lengths to help. The store is small so they have been asking people to wait outside so there's no more than 3 customers at a time.

It's OK but be prepared for the odd mistake if you are a regular for picking up prescriptions; check before you leave. Otherwise friendly and courteous staff😆
