Very friendly and helpful staff and services, my goto chemist, make you feel welcome.

When using this pharmacy check before leaving that you have all the items you have been prescribed! I found myself taking another journey back on a number of occasions because of missing items. When I complained the staff member was rude and didn't take any responsibility for the errors.

It wouldn't be so bad but like many others I'm dependant on my medication to live.

Empty shelfs ,dirty inside gone downhill drastically

Staff was very rude!! A brunette lady , I only asked her for baby food and she screamed at me “can’t you see I’m busy “ !!

After using these for years and the staff being so pleasant and welcoming, it seems the staff have changed. Following this, I have had nothing but trouble from rude incompetent staff to not being able to either pick a prescription up despite being told it’s ready or having to go back to pick the rest of it up as they failed to dispense it altogether. Then the staff have the cheek to say ‘I should’ve asked for it all.’ I’m sorry, but I thought by asking for a prescription all items on it should be given to you!
Disgusting attitudes and service, which is a shame as the previous staff were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you.

staff ignored me, 1 even walked past me to leave, so I left after 5 minutes. zero customer service skills. I will be moving my prescription service

I have been with rowlans for a long time and they use to be excilant. But now they are not good, missing tablets ,not delivering on the day they should tablets always late ,and they are very rude when questioned about them . I am a very unhappy with them.

Moved to area and made this my main pharmacy. Staff seem helpful and kind enough when ever I've been to collect my monthly medications and seem to have a good selection of over the counter medications and body products
