Boots Pharmacy

Very disappointed... I was left waiting to or nearly 10 minutes before someone served me whilst fuffing around at the back this was not the first time .. ..not sorry to keep you waiting nothing ..I find the staff rude.. unhelpful and abrupt..

First experience here was that 1 of the pharmacist was rude and could barely be bothered to look up from the back, the young lady on the till was lovely though and seemed somewhat embarrassed of her colleagues attitude. From reading previous comments I would guess customer service skills are not a job requirement.
Also did not see it written anywhere that the place is closed everyday between 1 and 2 for lunch, so a 20 min walk today for nothing.

Extremely slow. The doctor sent my prescription in the morning, I went there late afternoon for collection, so after 30 mins she said we need to order it, and available after 24 hrs. What a waste of my time

Shocking service, 3 people behind the counter, you can be the only one in there and it still takes 10-15 mins before they ask " can I help you".
Waiting for a prescription is just as bad, even though they have text you to say its ready. Takes them ages to find it.

Staff turn up at 9 when the shop is supposed to open. But don't physically open the shop until they feel like it.

A small local pharmacy servicing a busy lower Ashford/Ashford commen area.
I am frequently disappointed with how long I need to wait for my repeat prescription! I request my prescription via an app, I can see the DR has approved but a week later I am still waiting for boots to text me that my prescription can be collected.
Always closed for an hour at lunch! I appreciate the pharmacist needs a lunch but that shouldn't mean the shop closes.
One last point it seems the staff are incapable of serving more than one customer at a time.

As others have pointed out, one of my pet hates with this place is that while it is one of the smallest Boots Pharmacies I’ve seen, it’s one of the busiest. However, despite this, staff still insist on faffing around at the back processing goodness knows what, while customers queue forever waiting to be served at the till and being ignored! On top of this they ‘close for lunch!!!’. This is a BUSY pharmacy within the M25 and they close for lunch!!! It’s unacceptable and something I’ve raised with Boots head office.

Best service at ALL times. Speedy text to collect my prepared and packed meds. Calm and friendly staff. Thank you to a great team
