Every time I go here, I have to wait around 25 minutes for the prescription to be filled, but watching the antics of what looks like people impersonating the Chuckle Brothers passes the time I guess. Certainly wouldn't recommend them, and will likely change chemists for the future.

The staff are lovely but this is the slowest pharmacy you will find, just to speak to the pharmacist has taken half an hour (there’s no one else in the store). It’s also very expensive compared to other pharmacies

At least they are consistent, constant chaos, prescriptions never ready or they can’t find them. Staff constantly rushed off their feet. Poor management to blame

Totally inefficient with virtually no attention to detail. Complete lack of communication skills

It’s like something out of the dark ages. 30 minutes wait for them to fulfill a prescription by getting 3 packets out of a cupboard. It’s not like they get their chemistry set out. After 30 minutes they announced they only have 1 packet so I get the joy of going back. If they had said straight away I could have driven somewhere else.

Booked a rapid lateral flow test last week on their webpage for my pre-departure flight. When I showed up, they said they didn't provide this service and their webpage malfunctioned. I asked if they had a record and they did, but they didn't bother to call or email me about this. They were able to call a closeby pharmacy to arrange it for me, but I am deeply dissappointed by the customer service offered by Lloyds.

Yesterday I was ringing this pharmacy for over two hours the doctors sent an urgent prescription there NOT one person answering and today another hour and a half still no answer pretty sure they've got the volume turned down disgraceful chemist I was only trying to get through because your prescription is never ready SOMEONE SORT THIS PHARMACY OUT

Prescription sent there six days ago and still took over half an hour to process. The staff member I dealt with was rude and disinterested
