The staff have always been very helpful and the customer service is the best I have ever experienced I won't use any other pharmacy. Everyone is always made welcome. Thank you Poly Pharmacy

The pharmacy has listened and fixed the contactless issue, so I'm giving them 5 stars. Now I can pay with Google Pay on my phone. Also works with Apple Pay. My original review is below for reference.

Friendly service and accepts card payments but not contactless/Android Pay so I'm subtracting one star for that, their payment terminal supports mobile/contactless payments but it has not been enabled so they only need to flick a switch... Broad opening hours and free home delivery service available. It's a really good pharmacy, never had any problems with it.

Excellent service. Seems to be run entirely by locums, rather than one main pharmacist, but it doesn't seem to affect the shop itself as it sometimes can.
