Turned up for an appointment and they said that I had called up to cancel (which I hadn’t) so they had given the appointment to someone else. I offered to wait and got told there was “absolutely no way I can see you, you will have to rebook in a few weeks time”.

The staff are very helpful and the Pharmacist Sandra is professional and knowledgeable, she goes above and beyond to look after even the most difficult customers without prejudice.

Just wanted to highlight exceptional service from Rebecca at the pharmacy - trouble getting my prescription from the other branch and she went out of her way to help. Very much appreciated, thank you!

My mother was very ill recently, and the staff here went well beyond the call of duty to ensure that the medication and care in her final weeks were as trouble free as possible. I cannot thank the team enough for their professionalism.

The chemist/pharmacy part of this store is one of the best in town, they really can't do enough to help, always gone out of their way to help me. I use this chemist 3 times a week. Staff are 2nd to none, the store has 3 floors and it sells quite a wide range of different things. 10/10
