Went in on 10 August 2019 at 10:20 am. The pharmacists told me my repeat prescription cannot be ordered to that pharmacy. They are too busy to fulifill my request and told me to go to Crawley to try for my medication. Made it clear my medication is for epilepsy and they should keep a spare stock of eplilm chrono as the demand is so high. The pharmacist said it wasn't her issue and to sort it myself. I cannot make it to Crawley. So now without my repeat prescription. She cancelled my order and handed me a slip to take to Crawley. Disgusted by the service provided and how the pharmacist broke basic protical becuase of laziness.

I asked for them to provide there names and or judder registration number which they both refused after 3 attempts. I asked for a complaints procedure and to speak to a manager or head office as I need my medication. They provided me a phone number for the Day Lewis Pharmacy in which I rung and the same pharmacist answered and told me to leave and stop asking her questions as she is too busy.

The pharmacist was a locum, about 5 foot 8, her ethnicity was dark. I am appalled by her behaviour and breaking protical in which she was too lazy to help provide my medication I need.

My Grandma uses this pharmacy, it's ok, but occasionally messes up the order. Grandma only got half a box of her medication recently! Takes a few days to do a repeat. It's the local one so can't really complain, especially as it's a tiny pharmacy in what's essentially a cupboard!

In a time where, wonderfully, people are offering to help vulnerable people left right and center I was appalled to see that one place that could truly make a difference and make people in need lives easier was infact horrid.
It is not the first time I have had trouble with rudeness and general lack of care and a pharmacy are of course dealing with people feeling awful!

I hope that people that learn to be sensitive and sympathetic again after all of this. It should not be about business.

Person at the counter was very rude and dismissive towards me and guilt tripped me into coming back, put me in a difficult position. Phoned in advance arrived 45-50 minutes ahead of closing. 6 people ahead of got to the front about 30 mins before closing asked if I had a text or if was antibiotics said no spike to doctor 2 days ago, was actually 3, told ‘can I not wait’ ‘is it important’ ‘there’s lots of people waiting’ didn’t even bother to check if I had the prescription in or not. What right do they have to decide what’s important or not, I have just as much right as anyone else to get my prescription especially when I’ve planned ahead and got there in plenty of time before closing and waited in line ahead of others. Disgusting service. I feel I was out on the spot and didn’t want to complain as was made to feel unimportant with a long queue. Bad experience. Didn’t even bother to check if my prescription was in before dismissing me. I felt degraded and talked down to.

I've been let down so many times by this pharmacy. Gone through withdrawel from some meds, suffered days with excruciating pain because they haven't issued my meds (had over a week). Even though I've called to remind them. These are common drugs. I'm angry that I've spent 3 days in agony and potentially a serious withdrawel. There is NEVER an apology. No common sense approach and certainly lack of compassion. There's the older woman there is particularly "nasty" and uncaring. I havent been rude once ! They certainly need upto date training in competence, manners and compassion. TOO important service for this to continue before someone dies from incompetence.
