Brillant company. I have shopped via their website multiple times and they offer a fantastic range of eco products. The customer service is amazing and thry will try and source a specific product where they ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very, very disappointed. First time I couldn’t get my prescribed antibiotic eye gel as it could not be signed off as main pharmacist was cleaning someone’s ears so was told to come back in an hour (glad I did not need oral antibiotics as they need to be taken asap), but paid for it instead as 6 mile round trip was not cost effective. My repeat prescription was a nightmare, and they tried to fob me off with with non-brand specific items that WERE written as brand-specific on my prescription but told I had to accept non brand specific as that was all they could get!! I fought my corner but was told to go to my doctors surgery to sort it out which I did, and found doctors surgery was right and pharmacist was not being at all honest and tried to fob me off. I could honestly say I cannot recommend this pharmacy.

I have bought several nappy- and baby-related items on multiple occasions through the website (never had the occasion to go to the store), and I have never been disappointed. There is a wide variety of high quality items so everyone can find what they are looking for. My parcels were always prepared and sent promptly, even now that I live abroad. A great shopping experience for me and for my little one who benefits directly from my shopping spree! Thank you.

Brilliant eco friendly swaps and fantastic service in being able to ah e open discussions about what may be suitable for our needs/requirements and also what to try. Even went back and got more ☺️👍🏼.

I love this shop. It sells a nice range of eco friendly alternatives... be it bar soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste through to reusable nappies. There is always fantastic advice and customer service. Siu-mai will do whatever she can to help find you a solution. Absolutely 5 star... this shop is now my first port of call.
